WHAT?
ISZKIRI (slang for let's go!) Courier Service is dealing with delivering small parcels primarily in Budapest and agglomeration of Budapest.We deliver letters, documents (contracts to be signed, printing films, cromalines, blueprints etc.) data carriers, promotional materials, product samples, tickets of all kinds (airplane, movie, theater etc.) or any other legal objects.

WHEN?
Orders can be placed during weekdays Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 16.30pm via calling +361 3431330 land line or e-mail to info@iszkiri.hu

HOW BIG?
Size and weight of the parcel: our messengers work with waterproof bags; its size is cca. 25x35x45cm (e.g. 2 laptops of an A/3 size object can be fitted into it). Not to overload them we deliver parcels by bikes upto 1 kgs.

WHAT IF BIGGER?
For parcels bigger than 30x 25x 4 cm or exceeding 1 kgs we deliver parcels by cars and we are charging additional car costs.

FOR HOW MUCH?
We divided Budapest into 3 zones: these concentric circles are starting downtown leading to the suburbs. The cost of delivery is the zone tariff that belongs to the furhter address.
e.g. 5th district Arany János u. (zone 3) - 17th district Pesti út (zone 5) = 6220 HUF+VAT = 7900 HUF

HOW FAST?
Pick up within 20-60 minutes, delivery in 20-120 minutes in Budapest.

HOW DO I PAY?
Customers should pay in cash to the messenger in exchange of getting a VAT receipt. Contracted customers can pay monthly via bank transfer

We can get the official map and property detail report (térkép és tulajdoni lap) including the purchase details from the land registry (földhivatal) for you when you are about to make a property purchase.

OTHER BUT IMPORTANT!
  • Packing of the parcel is the responsibility of the customer. To make sure your package keeps its original shape and quality, please pack it right. In case the bike courier sees that we cannot guarantee the safe delivery, he may deny pick-up.
  • Waiting: since our couriers are pretty busy we can guarantee max. 5 minutes waiting - cost of the 1st 5 min is included in the base price. In case he can, he'll wait longer, in this case we will charge "waiting fee" for every 10 min started - as per the price list. In case he cannot wait, you'll need to call another courier but pay for the failed pickup i.e. 50% of the zone tariff.
    => Therefore we recommend that you make sure you call a courier once you're sure when the package will be ready for pick-up.
  • Delivery after working hours with upcharge: workdays between 16.30-17.30pm and 07.00-08.00am +50% surcharge, workdays between 17.30pm-07.00am and all weekend days +100% surcharge
    => These should be ordered on workdays until 16:00pm!
  • Cancelling, modifying orders: in some cases free of charge but can go up to 100% payment of the original zone tariff. Ask the dispatcher upfront about it! ...
  • Addressee is not there: we notify the customer and agree about what should happen with the parcel. Any extra costs connected to delivering it back and/or re-delivery will be charged to the customer.
